Experte en transformation organisationnelle et conduite du changement, Saly accompagne depuis plus de 18 ans des groupes français et internationaux sur des enjeux stratégiques et opérationnels : transformation culturelle, changement organisationnel, implantation de systèmes d'information, innovation. Formée à l'ESCP Europe (Executive Mastère) et à NEOMA Business School, elle a développé une double culture conseil-opérationnel, notamment chez Accenture (9 ans), au sein du Groupe IGS et comme consultante indépendante.

Saly croit profondément en la force créatrice de l'intelligence collective comme levier durable de transformation. Elle a été membre du Conseil d'Administration d'Impact AI (2020–2024), collectif dédié aux enjeux éthiques et sociétaux de l'intelligence artificielle. Ses secteurs d'intervention couvrent la formation, l'emploi, l'insertion professionnelle, l'énergie, l'industrie et le secteur bancaire.

An expert in organisational transformation and change management, Saly has spent over 18 years working with French and international groups on strategic and operational challenges: cultural transformation, organisational change, information system deployment, and innovation. Trained at ESCP Europe (Executive Master) and NEOMA Business School, she has built a dual consulting and operational background, notably at Accenture (9 years), within Groupe IGS, and as an independent consultant.

Saly is deeply convinced of the creative power of collective intelligence as a lasting driver of transformation. She served on the Board of Directors of Impact AI (2020–2024), a collective focused on the ethical and societal challenges of artificial intelligence. Her sectors of intervention include education, employment, professional integration, energy, industry, and banking.
